Our mission is to empower children to grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. Not only do we offer outstanding academics, but just as importantly, a loving environment that teaches each child they are valued by God and made in His image. With our small classroom sizes, we’re able to give more attention to each student while providing a platform for parents to support their children’s education and growth.
The Heart, Soul & Mind Homeschool Pod was started in 2021 in the living room of our Administrator, Autumn Ifland. As the local school districts made decisions families were opposed to, a group of concerned parents decided to take their children’s future into their own hands.
The challenge: could we build a community of like-minded families who could educate their children together in a safe and loving environment? Could we focus on each child’s strengths, encouraging growth where they are naturally gifted and passionate? Could we teach them how to think, not what to think? Could we teach them they are loved and valued by God, and, in turn, love and value others?
We’ve structured our homeschool pod to meet these challenges. Partnering with our amazing and loving teachers, parents help facilitate learning in every classroom. This combination of teachers and parents working together is a unique and hugely beneficial component of our pod.
